Step 1. Create a commercial for GoToMeeting. See below for details.
Step 2. Register your profile on
www.gotomeetingtv.com. It’s as simple as filling in your name, email address and creating a password.
Step 3. Upload your commercial to
www.gotomeetingtv.com.
- Once logged in, click the “submit a video” button and follow the instructions.
- Wait for the video to upload. It takes between 1 and 5 minutes or more for every 1MB of video to with a high-speed connection, so be sure not to wait until the last minute to enter.

SAVE YOUR ORIGINAL FILES. Your commercial will be compressed for the Web. If you win, we'll need an uncompressed copy in case we show it on TV.
Create a 30- or 60-second GoToMeeting® commercial illustrating how GoToMeeting® empowers a person or a business to “Do More and Travel Less.” The video must be your original work – it can not contain clips or sound from any other source. Please see the Official Rules for complete details.
File size is limited to 100mb in the following formats: avi, mov, mgp, or wmv. IMPORTANT: Retain your original source files. If you win the contest, we will need the original files in case we air the commercial on television. Files can either be in 16x9 or 4x3 format.
4) What are the prizes?
Five semi-finalists determined by the Citrix Online panel of judges will receive $5,000 each. The grand prize winner will receive an additional $25,000 and their commercial might even air on national television.
Submission and Registration
Your commercial must be uploaded and registered by 11:59:59 EST on June 30th, 2009. No exceptions. Be careful not to wait until the last minute to upload and register your commercial. It takes between 1 and 5 minutes or more for every 1MB of video to upload with a high-speed connection.
Once you have uploaded your commercial to
www.gotomeetingtv.com, you should see a confirmation. This confirmation means that your commercial has been received and submitted to
www.gotomeetingtv.com and is considered an entry. Citrix reserves the right to review and reject submissions that don’t comply with the Official Rules.
Yes, if your commercial was rejected it never counted as a valid entry. Feel free to make the appropriate edits and resubmit.
Entries are considered final. If you wish to modify your commercial you must remove your previous entry and submit it as a new entry.
You can submit as many commercials as you want. In order for each video to be considered for selection it must be materially different from any of your other submissions.
Yes. However, any group wishing to enter as a group must pick one person to enter, agree to the rules and accept the prize on the group's behalf. We will recognize that person as the “entrant”. We are not responsible for any aspect of the relationship between the entrant and the group.
Eligibility
No. Due to legal and other constraints, we must limit the contest to people who are residents of the U.S.
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority where you live, if older than 18.
Anybody can be in your commercial as long as you have his or her permission (or their legal guardian's permission if they are younger than 18) and can provide proof of their permission in writing. Keep in mind, though, that videos cannot include any celebrities, celebrity look-a-likes, or celebrity sound-a-likes.
Yes, if your commercial was removed it never counted as a valid entry. Feel free to make the appropriate edits and resubmit.
Yes, we are only accepting videos for this contest.
No. You can’t include any music, images, or other content created by someone else unless you have their permission. Moreover, you can’t use the names or logos of other companies in your video. See the Official Rules for more details.
Anything inappropriate for small kids and families is likely to be deemed as inappropriate content by our screeners – think G- or PG-rated content only. The final decision on such matters is the sole discretion of Citrix Online.
No.
You will receive a rejection email stating that your commercial did not comply with entry requirements. Your commercial must be either 30 or 60 seconds.

Technical
You'll be uploading your commercial to
www.gotomeetingtv.com, and which accepts the following formats: wmv, mp4, mov, mgp.
Retain your original source files. If you win the contest, we may need the original files if we air the commercial on television.

You have to use a computer, the Internet and an email address to register and upload your commercial.
You must make and submit a video in the correct format to enter your commercial in the contest.
Judging, Voting and Prizes
The five semi-finalists will be chosen by our internal panel of judges based on the following criteria: Originality (40%), Likeability (30%) and Compelling reason to use GoToMeeting® (30%).
You can vote once per day during the voting period (July 15th, 2009 and July 31st, 2009).
Semi-finalists will be notified by email after the judging is completed on or around July 15th, 2009. There will be 2 weeks of public voting to determine the winner.
The grand prize winner will be announced and notified by email after the voting ends on July 31st, 2009.
